The construction of Arroyo de las Piedras – Nagüeles residential complex have been recently started by building company Prinza, leader in Costa del Sol property building. Located in an area near the famous Marbella “Golden Mile”, the project comprises the building of a brand-new property development of twenty residential apartments.

The assignment comes from a national investor and is the third stage of a larger project, which is to be delivered in August 2020. The result will provide the area with a new residential complex near Marbella Club and a recently built seafront, which will count on high quality services.
